"For over twenty five years I've worked with the staff at CPL reproducing my art in various forms. The process is personal, professional and done in a timely fashion. Regardless of the challenges presented to them the results have always been consistently the same (perfection). They are simply the best in the business."
"In addition to the outstanding level of technical expertise and professionalism I've come to expect from CPL, it's always great to stop in at the office. Everyone there makes a unique contribution both to the excellence of the finished product and to the warm and friendly atmosphere. I feel confident that the giclees and photographic prints they make for me are the best available anywhere."
"My relationship with CPL Imaging goes all the way back to the early 1980’s when I started publishing limited edition prints. Custom PhotoLab made all my transparencies for reproduction by Service Printers. I was immensely impressed by the quality of the work that they did. Since then CPL also has been doing all the photographic work for my publications such as exhibition catalogs and calendars. When CPL started digital imaging and giclee printing, again they became my best and only choice. As a professional artist, color is the whole world to me, and only the best quality digital images can produce the best quality prints. CPL Imaging has my absolute trust for doing the best work and giving me the best service."
For more than twenty-five years the crew at Custom PhotoLab (now CPL Imaging) has been reproducing my art. They brought me into the digital age and I love it. I have always been totally satisfied with their skill and workmanship and consider them to be the best in the business."
I began working with CPL in 2004, after contacting Craig Blacklock, whose giclée prints I had first seen at Waters of Superior. After reviewing my work, he put me in touch with Jeff Frey and CPL. My first giclées were done from a series of of floral paintings I completed in 2004, and the reaction from my collectors was very positive. The initial paintings were done from oil on panels, and CPL’s work is extremely accurate in portraying my work—notably the fact that the original oil paintings, when reproduced on archival paper—open the door to portray the final product in a “softer” version of the original, thus expressing the oil in a more pastel tone, giving it another timeless quality. CPL's staff, are extremely respectful of my traditional values, truly good humored and 100% professional. Through the process of creating the giclée prints, the detail and color are not lost, and CPL stays the course to ensure that I am completely satisfied, a sometimes back-and-forth, time consuming process. I cannot praise their work enough, and look forward to more years to come in our working relationship.
